| Eric Noll, OD MBA FAAO grew up in rural Pennsylvania very active in a multitude of activities and outdoors pursuits. He attended Pennsylvania State University and received a Bachelor's in Microbiology with minors in Chemistry and Biochemistry. While there, Dr. Noll participated in multiple club sports and organizations including wrestling, soccer, rugby, and an outdoors interest fraternity. After graduation he attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry for his doctorate degree while on scholarship from the Air Force. Upon graduation he was assigned to Minot AFB, ND for three years and thoroughly enjoyed his time both at work and outside of it while coaching wrestling, training dogs, and exploring the state's outdoors. Things worked out that his next assignment landed him in his dream state of Alaska in 2016 at Eielson AFB, AK where he continued his love of remote places. In 2019 he made the tough decision to leave active duty to pursue his goals of practice ownership and staying in Alaska. During this transition, Dr. Noll and Dr. Hagge began discussing the possibility of practice transition.
During the next 1.5 years he worked at a group practice in Fairbanks and has continued his military career as a Reservist at JB Elmendorf-Richardson where he sees patients once a month. In Mar 2022 he completed the purchase of Chugach Eye Clinic where his enthusiasm for providing quality care and pride in his work continues to flourish. In May 2021, he graduated from Johns Hopkins Carey Business school with an MBA in Healthcare Admin. Come by for a visit or to say hi, Dr Noll loves hearing about all things Alaska and people's experiences here while his adventures continue. We may suggest blocking out extra time to talk about the outdoor pursuits, especially sheep hunting.

| Dr. Kaitlyn Moore, OD grew up in Elk Grove, California playing tennis, singing karaoke, and skiing the many slopes in Tahoe with her family. She was the first in her family to leave the state; in order to attend school at Pacific University, Oregon where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in physics with a health professions emphasis. Although she loved the hikes of the Pacific Northwest, she was brought to sunny Arizona to attend Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Optometry. Outside of school, she and her friends still found time to enjoy desert hiking, as well as rock climbing, paddle boarding, playing board games, and going to sporting events. After graduating in 2023, she decided to move to Alaska where she has fallen in love with the quiet winter and ample opportunity to further enjoy the outdoors.
During school and clinical rotations, Dr Moore particularly enjoyed working alongside ophthalmologists in a group practice setting managing ocular disease. She also loved working with families and spending time getting to know patients in a private practice/smaller setting. Being new to Alaska, Dr. Moore loves hearing about others’ stories of what brought them here, and is always looking for new restaurant and hiking recommendations.
